General Business Terms and conditions
1. Definitions and interpretations
“Agreement”: these terms and conditions of business (“T&Cs”) pertaining to the Services provided.
“Client”: person to whom the Services are provided.
“The Business”: Sarah Rogers sole trader and chiropractor trading as Pine Vale Chiropractic at 36 Pine Vale Crescent, Bournemouth, BH10 6BH. All references of “we” “us” and “our” refer to The Business.
“Services”: Chiropractic services as described at https://pinevalechiropractic.co.uk and provided by “The Business.”
2 Fees and costs and terms of payment
2.1 Fees payable by the Client for the Services shall be the fees chargeable by The Business for such Services current at the date of provision.
2.2 Except where otherwise agreed in writing, fees for the Services shall be due and payable by the Client either in advance, or immediately following the provision of the Services.

4. Provision of Services
4.1 The Business’ catalogues, brochures, leaflets or other correspondence including information published on the Company’s website are not binding and reasonable variations may be made to the Services without notice, and the Services so varied shall be accepted as complying with the Agreement.
4.2 In becoming a Client of The Business you understand and accept that from time to time due to being a sole trader The Business may be prevented from providing the delivery of Services due to illness or injury and that in such circumstances The Business shall be entitled to delay or cancel the delivery of Services or to reduce the amount of Services delivered.
This applies also to circumstances beyond reasonable control including government action, national emergency, act of terrorism, cyber attack, protest, riot, civil commotion, explosion, flood, epidemic, fire. The Business will where possible aim to limit the disruption to the Service and if possible aim to suggest alternative arrangements. As part of this provision The Business reserves the right to assign or sub-contract its obligations or rights under this Agreement to a competent third party in whole or in part to provide its Services.
5. Warranties and representations
Each party warrants and represents that, as at the date of this Agreement, it has full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement whether on its own behalf or, where applicable, on behalf of a minor in accordance with UK law.

By registering with Pine Vale Chiropractic and accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to receive general contact from Pine Vale Chiropractic. This includes information such as booking confirmations, and contact relating to your treatment support. This does not include unrelated promotions or marketing unless you opt in. You can select your preferred means of reminders and opt in or out to marketing emails from Pine Vale Chiropractic via your online Jane app patient portal.
7. Security
It is your responsibility to keep access to your online Jane app portal and any third party websites or apps we may use secure.
You must treat your user identification and passwords confidential and must not disclose these to any third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows either of these then you should change your password immediately and notify us
We do not guarantee that our website or any third party website or app that we use or link to will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and you are responsible for configuring your own computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

The Business reserves the right to modify these T&Cs without prior notice. When changes are made The Business will post them on this page of The Business’ website.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The Agreement shall be governed by English Law. Any dispute under this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
