How do I treat?
How I treat will of course depend on who I am treating and treatment plans are developed with the individual’s specific goals, needs and preferences in mind.
As an example gentler techniques will be used in pregnancy, the elderly or the very young.

Treatment may consist of:
Spinal manipulative therapy ("adjusting")
Joint mobilisation
Soft tissue work including massage, trigger point therapy, cupping or stretching techniques
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation
Dry Needling (western acupuncture)
Use of blocks
Taping
Exercise rehabilitation
Lifestyle advice such as discussion around sleep, stress management or nutrition
