About Me

Hello! I graduated from Loughborough University in 2001 with a degree in Physical Education & Sports Science. Following this, I spent some years in emergency care, attending 999 calls for South Western Ambulance Service, before a sabbatical travelling and deciding to retrain as a chiropractor. In 2011, I graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic from the AECC and worked in various private clinics across the south coast, before moving into higher education and a role teaching on the chiropractic degree programmes at HSU. In 2022 after four years full time, I moved to part time hours to spend more time with my young family and work towards setting up Pine Vale Chiropractic.
I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association, registered with the General Chiropractic Council and hold full professional medical indemnity and public liability insurance.
Outside of work I enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and keeping active. I particularly enjoy tennis, having played to county standard and coached in my younger years. I also enjoy the beach, surfing, campervanning and, though rare nowadays, skiing. I love travelling, BBQs, family time with the kids, but also really appreciate quiet time with a good coffee!
I am excited to be back in practice, where it all started, with a passion for health and helping. I am very grateful to be in a position to support and inspire others to take control of their own well-being, to live life to its fullest and chase their own goals.
