1) Please book the Re-assessment option if you have not visited for six months or have a new complaint/problem.
If you have not visited for over two years please book in for an Initial Consultation appointment.
2) Your chiropractor may ask you to book the longer follow-up slot option for:
*Treatment plus exercise review/education
*Where extra time is needed for extended soft tissue work/dry needling/cupping
*If we are managing multiple problems.
Payment
Please note payment is due at the time of appointment by card. Unfortunately, I do not accept cash or cheques as a payment method.
Occasionally I will see patients who are claiming through insurance or health plans, however will only accept these type of patients on a “pay at time of appointment” basis, where funds are then reimbursed to you by the provider.

Cancellation policy
I fully appreciate that there maybe occasional unavoidable situations which mean you cannot attend your appointment.
If you cannot attend, I am always happy to change or cancel it with 24 hours notice. You can also do this yourself online. This allows me to schedule in a patient who may also be in need of care.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
I do of course understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to emergencies therefore in the first instance you will not be charged. The second time this occurs you will be charged a half fee, and from then on a full fee for any missed appointments and late cancellations will apply. This will need to be paid before further appointments can be made. Thank you for your support and understanding with this.
